Well, this news sucks.
In 2008 Oklahoma ranked 49th in the nation in the number of women elected to the Legislature.
I think we have a good chance of ranking at the bottom in 2009.

I agree with Ian about Kern. Although I would *love* to see more women in politics, there’s no way I’d vote for one like Kern or Palin. They are not feminists, or even for basic things, like say equality.
