I voted this morning in Andover, Massachusetts (where GWB attended prep school) and needless to say I waited approximately 1 minute to vote.  It was a hugely painless process.  Sad to think of all of the people having to wait 6+ hours to vote.

There is no reason why we shouldn&#039;t all be able to vote early by mail and avoid lines all together!  If the mechanism is in place for absentee voting in every state it shouldn&#039;t be beyond the realm of possibility to incorporate this process across the board.  Then we wouldn&#039;t need the Federal Holiday on Election Day that I call for in my blog post.
